(I'd like you to take note that my coloring and all my other paint tools stink really bad. So please, bare with me.. Also, I am pretty much a mess so I came scanning around for ideas of this page so.)

Base Layout:
On the outside, it is a large cruise ship with a large O on it. It has an Orca fin on the top box where the Navigator is. It has a propeller under a flap near the bottom of the cruise ship, which is controlled on its speed by the Navigator. It makes a loud spraying noise after it gets out of the water. Yes, it can sink underwater and when it comes up, the Navigator pushes out a drain at the top of the top box ceiling and the Orca-like ship releases mist to unclog its “blowhole”. It has lanterns hung on the outsides of the cruise ship. Every six months they spray the hangers from getting rusted. If they didn’t, the result would be the lanterns falling in the water.
They barely ever get off out of their base. Though they have a top secret dock somewhere in the region. Surprisingly enough, it is in the Catalcis Canyon. Yes, though don't expect them to stay there often. They usually stay out in the middle of the oceans of the Moon Forest Region as I had mentioned before. They can go under water and travel a long period of time. Allowing them to plunge out through the sand of the desert. Making it the most secretive dock.
Inside the cruise ship we have the Top Box. Where the Navigator controls the buttons. They're is a large, thin window that can be magnified to see things more clearly. A room behind the Top Box is the Boss' Corridor. It is basically like his own room with his own bathroom and all those other things.
On the third floor we have the outside deck. All the Crows are moving boxes and doing their daily assignments. There is also an anchor releaser and retractor. At night, they release the anchor for the nights rest and in the morning, they retract it and set sail. In a building on the third floor is a large hallway with a whole bunch of rooms at the sides. Everyone has their own dorm to go to for the night.
On the second floor, there is the departments section. All the departments are located here. Plaques are at each door telling you the department, what it does, and how it came to be. Both lady's and men's restrooms are located on this floor.
On the first floor it is simply the storage room. There is a way to get through all those boxes. There is tape that is strong enough to allow the boxes to be stopped when the cruise ship takes a sudden turn or something.

Sections:
Water Examining Department; This is where divers dive into the water and at some point, come back with things they find. They give the scientists the objects and they examine them under microscopes and other identifying tests.
Cloning Department; Team Orca sometimes grabs two completely different water pokemon and bring them to the lab Cloning Department Lab. They put the pokemon in tubes filled with sleeping liquid. Which when the pokemon are surrounded by it, they fall asleep. There is one tube in the middle, when they clone the pokemon together. The two past forms disappear and then they reappear as the new form in the middle tube.
Updates Office; The Updates Office has someone at a desk where a TV is set. They take notes on what everyone else thinks of their whereabouts and by the end of each week, the person trots off to the boss and gives him the notes.
Equipment Department; This Equipment Department has all the extra equipment they need for their team desires.
Study; Here at the Study, they study about the water pokemon of the seas they stroll along. It helps them know what attracts the pokemon so they can catch the top pokemon evolutions that they need.

2.) Respect ranks that are above yourself.
3.) No slacking off.
4.) Good deeds lead you to a hire rank. Fiddling and fooling around will lower your rank.
5.)Do what the Boss tells you to do.
6.) Half the money of every member of the team goes to the Boss.
7.) Obey these rules.

Crow: Crow is the first step when joining Team Orca. The only require of this rank is simply to just join.
Navigator: Now that you’ve come to time where you actually know what you’re doing, you have become a Navigator. You come up to the Crow’s Nest on certain shifts and keep track of where you are. You must also say which way the cruise is heading to see if everyone is going to the correct place.
Spy: You have a promising soul in you of Team Orca and have come to be a Spy. You go around following trainers of your interest as if a normal person.
Order: Only few may be Order. Actually, up to four. Those four host the simple meetings at different times. The important ones go to the Boss. They control what goes on from Crows to Spies. The Boss actually does everything.

The goal of Team Orca is mainly to be rule the seas. They plan on capturing the top evolutions of all water pokemon in the distance and try to capture their sites. They also plan on a lift off meaning they will separate into groups and take jet boats across the seas to carry on with the team desires. Sometimes they can be the smartest pranksters out there when it comes to people even finding their cruise ship. They like to flash distracting lights from secret places. Or even go under water and yank the trainer in the water!
Another one would be to make all water pokemon suffer!

History/Background:
Bartemius Ujul was an average child. Living in Sacred Grove didn't seem like a place he'd fit in yet he still lived there throughout his life. It was the year 1866 when this young boy was 8 years old. He had no interest in having a pokemon. He just thought a Ledyba was a simple ladybug and a Houndour, a wild dog.
I forgot to mention that he had two disabilities. He was in a wheelchair since he was 5. He had been born without a fully developed leg. Though they had been able to give him a safer wheelchair when he came 5.
He also had poor vision. Born with that as well. He was never able to actually see what was around him. If only he could see, he'd be able to know that a Ledyba isn't just a ladybug. It is a pokemon.
One day when he was sixteen. He was in his wheel chair on the bare beach. Then, a Wailord dove and made a huge splash. Water shot everywhere. The force of the splash was powerful enough to knock him off his wheel chair! He then began to crawl after falling over. He was furious! He then notice that he was going right into sea. Then, he was kicked up into the air by the Wailord and was zonked out....
Eventually, he woke up on a large cruise ship. Still furious, he punched all the men looking down at him. He was even strong enough to get them over-board. He crawled at a high speed and began beating up everyone in sight.
After defeating every man on the ship, he thought up an idea. He thought up Team Orca and their long plottage. He would make water pokemon suffer!
He gathered followers that became crows that he called them. He had them set up technology and build more updates to make the ship more advanced. More tools and machines were added throughout the ship and more plans were on their list. Their whereabouts were sometimes mentioned on the news but after a long period of time. They were forgotten. Then, they came back and the cycle repeated. Though curiosity was constantly ringing. Some books in libraries had their tales.
And with that, a heritage was spread on as well as history. It so happens, that every leader has been related to Bartemius Ujul in a way, and they all were from Sacred Grove.
