Team Name:
Team Plasma
Base Layout:
At the end of Rockhorse Lane, a large, gray building stands sandwiched between two abandoned apartments. Not many people venture down that road, for there really isn't anything worth seeing or doing. No open stores, no occupied houses, nothing really, except for the big, weird building. Sometimes people would go in, sometimes they'd come out. But most of the time, it was deserted. Just plain deserted.
As you walk through the large, solid doors, a camera watches you from your right, and some red lights glow to your left. In front of you is a desk, with a man reading a magazine sitting at it, and he's not really paying attention, so you look around. There are doors everywhere you look, and there are little words on each door.
'Stairs,' 'Boss' Quarters,' 'Restrooms,' 'TOP SECRET: DO NOT ENTER,' 'Experiment room,' and many more.
The man looks up from his magazine and yells,
"Hey, whatcha doing in here? Get out!" he gets up and shoos you out.
Well, so much for exploring the Suspicious Building.
But then, you see a few pieces of paper on the ground outside the building. You pick them up, and realize they are maps!
Floor 1:
Sorry, I forgot to put a door for one of the bathrooms. XX; Pretend there's a door!
Floor 2:
(The rectangles next to walls are doors! ^^)
Sections:
Field Department- don't be fooled by the cool name--this is probably the lowest section there is. Basically, the people in this group go out and do the dirty work, like stealing and such.
Rare Pokemon Department- obviously researches and specializes in rare and mysterious Pokemon.
Stone Research Facility- looks into the strange Evolution stones, and tries to learn how they work, and if it's possible to create new stones.
Legendary Pokémon Department- tracks legendary Pokemon and tries to find ways to capture them.
Pokemon Capture Department- tries to learn what happens inside a Pokéball, and tries to create new kinds.
Pokémorph Facility- attempts to create Pokémorphs and runs all kinds of tests on them.
Rune and Mysterious Writings Department- they try to decode and read what mysterious runes found in caves or forests
Boss's Council- this is the Boss's advisory group. They help her with decisions and other big events.
Symbol/Emblem:
At first, the emblem appears to be a flower, then a shell... Then a... shellflower? No, no. The emblem has a turquoise-teal swirl circle in the center of the symbol. If you squint hard enough, you can see the tiny blue and green stones (inexpensive, of course) to create the teal color you see. The 'leaf' looking part of the emblem has the two seperate colors: blue and lime-ish green. They are on the top right, top left, bottom right, and bottom left corners of the swirl.

About Member Points:
Member Points are like credits. They will get you promotions and prizes, commotions and surprises. Member Points are good things. They allow you to do higher-ranked missions to get more Member Points.
Here is a chart to show you how many you need to be promoted.
Confused? D: I'll explain a little more.
To become a grunt, you don't need any member points. To become a soldier from a grunt, you need to earn 20 member points, hence the X in the box by 20. To become a spy from a soldier, you have to earn 50 points. And etc. ^^;

To denonunce the evils of truth and love...
...To extend our reach to the stars above.
Just kidding.
Actually, Team Plasma's goal has more than one part:
1. To rule the world... duh. But first..
2. Capture all types of Pokemon and run tests on them so that they can develop a new, more accurate Pokédex.
3. To learn how to create a PokéMorph. Then, once that happens, they can sell them as slaves.
So, yeah. They have a lot on their hands, but they're progressing.
Enemies:
Any other teams.
Allies:
Pfft, we don’t need anyone other then ourselves.
History/Background:
How are most evil organizations founded? Is there a right way about creating an evil organization? I don’t really know. I’m just here to tell you about Team Plasma’s founding and history.
One day, there was a boy. He was known as Gregor Plasmeton. Yeah, pretty sucky name. (xD) He was shunned from his classmates, because he.. . well, he was different. He liked to be alone, but that wasn’t really the weird part. He liked to plan out evil schemes to himself, and then play them out with action figures. Most of the time, they’d be beheaded or something cut off. His parents didn’t even know of his weird pastime.
So Gregor grew up. He got a job at some agency in Nayé, and managed to work his way to the top, over a few years. Then something hit him. He was in total control. He could make his employees do whatever he wanted… And his evil plans as a boy unfolded from the darkest corners of his mind.
Well, what he did next was predictable. He created Team Plasme. Most of his employees tried to quit, but failed. Gregor, referred to as Boss Plasme, now, locked down the entire building, and the loyal members of Team Plasme took the unwilling members as captives until they learned that if they don't join, they won't have a job...or a life. He threatened them with death if they didn't stay, so of course all of them kept their jobs. But they had different jobs, now. There were different departments: the Mysterious Pokemon Department, which obviously researched and specialized in rare and mysterious Pokemon; the Stone research facility, which looked into the strange Evolution stones, and tried to learn how they worked, and if it's possible to create new stones; the Legendary Pokemon department, which tracked legendary Pokemon and tried to find ways to capture them. There are more, but my fingers are getting tired. Besides, there's a place to put all these.
Finally, he expanded from the city of Nayé City. There are multiple bases throughout the Moon Forest region, disguised, of course, like the Abandoned Warehouse in Ayvoni. One appears to be an old parking garage, another an old church. There may be a Team Plasme base-- Oh, wait. Forgot to tell you how the 'e' changed into an 'a'.
So Team Plasme expanded, and it had at least three hidden bases throughout the region, but it was still mostly a mystery to non-members. When the citizens of Moon Forest first heard about Team Plasme, they thought it was pronounced Plasma. It was confusing after a little while because really no one knew how to pronounce the word, so it was perminently changed to Plasma. But by then, Gregor had retired and wanted nothing but to slowly die of age... (;; )

None.
