So, I have some suggestions for MF. Most come from roleplaying at other sites...uh, I mean all.
1. Member/Moderater/Character/Couple of the month
2. A pokemon-wanted list (place where you can list the pokemon you want. Maybe you'll get a really cool birthday present one year...)
3. Breeding Barns (From Kanoa. It would probably be a good idea to change the name and idea slightly, etc.) Anyways, for this, I will copy-and-paste Professer Cypress's(from Kanoa!) explanation...It is EXACTLY what she said, so it might need a bit of modifying.
The Breeding Barns are a unique aspect of the Pokemon Beginnings, where numerous barns of varying sizes are set up all in a row in the meadows. The Breeding Barns are where trainers, once they feel themselves ready to et up a barn, may begin to start their own business here.
The Breeding Barns are somewhat like the Adoption Center, except for the fact that anyone can set up a barn themselves and hold Pokemon to be adopted by other trainers. You are given full creative reign as to coming up with characters to run your Barn, designing your Barn, and what themes to come up with as far as Pokemon in-stock goes.
But of course, there are certain Rules that you must abide by when setting up your Pokemon Breeding Barn and adopting from other trainers' Barns. Make sure to follow these and make sure your Barn upholds all of these rules, otherwise it might get shut down!
The Rules
Setting Up a Barn
You may put up to 15 Pokemon in your Barn at one time, but they MAY NOT be Rare. (The complete list of Rare Pokemon can be found below this post.)
In order to stock Rare Pokemon in your Barn, you must obtain a special license from me. Even then, the maximum of Rare Pokemon you may hold in your Barn is two per stock.
You may restock your barn once every two weeks.
Once a Pokemon is adopted, it is gone forever and on with the Trainer who adopted it. It cannot be taken back no matter what the reason.
The Pokemon placed up for adoption in your Barn may not exceed the level of 15.
Describe your Pokemon with a sprite of course. You must also include their: Name, Gender, Level, Attacks, and Nature. It is your choice whether you'd like to leave their Names, Genders, or Natures blank for the trainer to choose.
Remember that you may not give your Pokemon TM-Learned moves, nor can they have moves learned ahead of time. For example, if a Zigzagoon does not learn Odor Sleuth until Level 17, then you may not have your Level 15 Zigzagoon have it on its moveset.
[For reference on which moves your Pokemon can learn for its specific level, please view the Diamond/Pearl Pokedex on either www.serebii.net or http://www.psypokes.net]
You are allowed to provide certain requirements for a Pokemon that a prospective adopter must fulfill before adopting said Pokemon.
If your Barn has been inactive for over five months it will be deleted.
Adopting a Pokemon From a Barn
You must have at least one Badge to adopt from any of the Barns. No Magnitude Badge, no adopting. However, you do not need one Badge to create a Barn.
You may adopt a maximum of two Pokemon per week. This does not mean that you may adopt two Pokemon per Barn per week, but that you may only adopt two Pokemon, no matter which Barns they are from, per week and no more.
